  • ½ orange, peeled
  • ¼ grapefruit, peeled
  • 1/3 cup pineapple
  • 1/2“ fresh ginger root
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds or other seeds

*Add 1 cup of spinach or other leafy greens of your choice to boost the nutritional value and add a serving of veggies.
